MOONSHOT is a single-player game that runs entirely on your device. We do not collect, receive, or have access to any personal information about you. There is no account creation, no sign-in, and no data submitted to Elans Tech or any third party through the app.
To remember your progress between play sessions, the app saves the following information locally, on your device only:
This data is stored using your device's standard secure storage and never leaves your device. We cannot see it, access it, or recover it if it's lost — for example, if you delete the app or reset your device, this progress is gone for good.
MOONSHOT contains no advertising, no ad networks, and no tracking or analytics software of any kind. We do not use your data to personalize ads, because there are no ads. Nothing in this app follows you across other apps or websites.
If MOONSHOT offers in-app purchases now or in the future, those transactions are handled entirely by Apple's App Store payment system. We do not receive or store your payment information — Apple's own privacy policy governs that data.
MOONSHOT is rated 18+ due to gameplay mechanics involving simulated risk-and-reward betting with virtual, no-value in-game currency. It is not directed at, marketed to, or intended for use by children. Because we don't collect any personal information from anyone, we also don't knowingly collect information from children.
We have nothing to share, because we collect nothing. MOONSHOT does not sell, rent, or transmit any user data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
If this policy changes — for example, if a future update adds an online feature — we'll update this page and revise the date at the top. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the revised policy.
